Many of you will remember the proud "GK Club" patch worn on the right sleeve of our uniforms. It was a legendary symbol worn by the pioneering black belts who built the very foundation of Gongkwon Yusul in our early days. Moving forward with the changing times, we are taking that brilliant heritage to the next level. We proudly announce a majestic new beginning under the name: "Simmu Club."
Simmu (심무) : In Search of the Martial Essence
The word Simmu (尋武) embodies a noble mission: “To seek, explore, and deeply study the true essence of Gongkwon Yusul.”
Going far beyond the simple refinement of physical combat techniques, the Simmu Club is an elite, high-level black belt community. Here, we share the deep philosophy of our martial art, exchange creative technical interpretations, and empower one another to grow as leaders in life.
