Instructor Certification Program (ICP)

The primary mission of Gongkwon Yusul is to share the true essence of Eastern martial arts, our unique technical system, and a high-level philosophy that empowers individuals to claim ownership of their own lives. To achieve this, we have established the International Gongkwon Yusul Association Instructor Certification Program. This program provides dedicated practitioners worldwide with the exclusive opportunities and resources needed to become exceptional instructors, preserving and passing down the authentic foundation of Gongkwon Yusul.

Gongkwon Yusul presents a meticulously organized technical framework, fully structured from white belt to black belt. Students train within a reliable, well-planned system. Guided by a clear curriculum and standardized qualification requirements, practitioners embark on their journey toward mastery with a higher sense of pride and dedication than ever before.

To properly distribute this newly refined curriculum globally, it is of paramount importance that the learning experience at every international branch matches the depth and standard of our Headquarters in South Korea. Through this rigorous and comprehensive program, prospective instructors will fully inherit the original teaching methodologies developed and refined over decades by the Founder, Grandmaster Kang Jun. Upon successful completion of the training course, participants will be fully authorized to teach Gongkwon Yusul according to the high standards maintained by Headquarters. Through this program, we systematically cultivate high-quality instructors without ever diluting the authenticity of the art.

Since the activation of our online educational platforms, we have realized that individuals possessing the right character, aspiration, and dedication can transform into outstanding instructors, even if they have never taught a martial arts class in their lives. Consequently, we have decided to open the Gongkwon Yusul Instructor Certification Program to all dedicated practitioners who meet our baseline qualifications. Our ultimate goal is to foster passionate students into exceptional leaders who, backed by a proven system and the full support of Headquarters, can correctly propagate Gongkwon Yusul within their local communities worldwide.
