1st Dan Examination Fee (On-line)

📝 1st Dan Black Belt Examination Registration & Fee This product is for registering and paying the official examination fee to challenge your 1st Dan (Black Belt). Prove your dedication and take your very first step as an official Black Belt.

How the Process Works

  • Complete Payment: Please complete the payment on this page.

  • Submission & Evaluation: After payment, follow the instructions to submit your test videos for official evaluation by the Masters.

  • Please Note: This fee covers the examination and evaluation process only. The official 1st Dan Certificate and Package, issued upon passing, must be purchased separately.

 

[Black Belt Evaluation & Certification Guidelines]

Please note that this purchase covers the online evaluation fee only. The official 1st Dan Certificate will be issued only after you take the test and receive a passing grade. Please read the following rules and procedures carefully before applying.

 

Prerequisites for Testing

To apply for the online evaluation, you must purchase both the "1-Time Testing Ticket" and the "Certification Fee" beforehand.

 

Required Material to Prepare (Pre-submission)

Please prepare the following in advance for your official certificate issuance upon passing:

  • ID Photo: A clear, front-facing photo of yourself [4cm x 5cm (1.5 x 2inches), Passport-style photo (JPG or PNG format)].
    File Naming Format: Please save the photo file as Name_SubmissionDate (e.g., JohnDoe_20260721)

 

Video Submission & Review

Once you submit your test video according to our guidelines, the Gongkwon Yusul Headquarters will thoroughly review and evaluate your performance.

 

Pass / Fail Policy

If you Pass: Upon successful evaluation, your official 1st Dan Black Belt Certificate will be issued and sent to you.

If you Fail: The purchase for the certificate will be refunded. If you wish to re-take the test, you only need to repurchase the "Testing Ticket" (Evaluation Fee) and resubmit your video. You do not need to buy the certificate again until you pass.

 

Promotion Regulations

If you do not currently hold a Black Belt, you are eligible to test only for the 1st Dan.

Skipping ranks (e.g., jumping straight to 2nd or 3rd Dan) is strictly prohibited. You must progress sequentially—testing and passing one Dan at a time.
